Hugh Alexander Forrest was the son of the Devonport, Auckland, postmaster and after who the suburb of Forrest Hill on Auckland's North Shore was named. RIP
Hugh was born 30 May 1893. Forrest Hill, a suburb on Auckland's North Shore, is named after him, as a commemoration.

He was my father's brother. Never saw Hugh before I was born. Wish to go to Belgium to have celebration of 100th anniversay for Hugh at 2017 if possible to go!!!!! I am deaf.
