Biographical Notes:

" MISSING FOR TWO YEARS - The body of a man, believed to be that of Leslie Everington Ford, who was reported missing from a Canterbury air station on March 18, 1942, was found hanging to a tree near Darfield yesterday. Papers found in the clothing suggested the identity of the dead man. An inquest will be opened this morning."
