Location Information:
This cemetery, also known as, The Old Kioreroa Cemetery, is situated on the left hand side of SH 1, about 3 kilometres south of Whangarei, just before the junction with Rewarewa Road.
Historical Information:
The cemetery was closed in 1944 and is now a public reserve with a stand of very tall trees. There is 1 Commonwealth burial of the 1914-1918 war here.
