Waihaha Maori Cemetery

Waihaha Maori Cemetery (Maori name Moeraorao) is situated on the land route between Kawakawa and Russell, 16 kilometres east of the State Highway 11-Taumarere junction, along Karetu Road and then Waikare Road. 400 metres past a bridge is a lone house on the left hand side. 50 metres past this house on the next bend is a wide track on the left hand side. The cemetery is located about 300 metres along this track.

From the junction of Doel Road and Waikare Road, take Waikare Road for almost 15 kilometres. 400 metres past a bridge is a lone house on the left hand side. On the next bend is a wide track on the left hand side. The cemetery is about 300 metres up this track.
