Location Information:
Access by car Yellowhead Trail (Highway 16), and exit south on 97th Street. Turn west on 124th Avenue. The cemetery will be on your right.
Historical Information:
During the 1939-1945 War, Canadian Infantry troops were stationed at Edmonton; No.13 Vocational Training School was set up; and the airfield formed a link in the North-West Staging Route. Most of the war graves lie in Blocks 206 and 208. The cemetery also contains a Cross of Sacrifice. There are now 5, 1914-1918 and over 70, 1939-1945 War casualties commemorated in this site.
