Biographical Notes:

Piloting a Beaufighter from 455 Sqn RAAF, Leuchars, Fife, Scotland, on a demonstration flight for a pilot from 455 Sqn, entered a low speed stall near the ground and crashed into a stone wall and burned out near St Andrews. He remains were cremated at Dundee and later bought to New Zealand, contrary to normal procedure.
