Biographical Notes:

While carrying out a dummy raid over Gore, his aircraft struck power lines in the main street and crashed into the road, skidding into a service car killing the occupant. 5 other people were injured. [ For Your Tomorrow, Errol Martyn. Vol.1, p. 212]
