Biographical Notes:

" When he was called at 6 o’clock this morning L.A.C. Edwin Mason Salisbury, aged 50. was found dead in his bed at the Air Force station, Tahunanui. Death appeared to be from natural causes. L.A.C. Salisbury, who was attached to the guard, was a single man, with no relatives in New Zealand.

In inquest was opened before the Coroner, Mr F. Mitchell, this afternoon and was adjourned sine die after evidence of identification."
