Biographical Notes:

"The death took place in Invercargill on April 25, after a short illness, of Mrs Ada Mary Lee, wife of the late Lieut. Robert Lee and elder daughter of Mr and Mrs J. Chilwell, Queenstown. Deceased had been engaged in war work in the W.R.N.S. of which she was a chief petty officer.
