Cleethorpes Cemetery

Cleethorpes Cemetery contains 77 First World War burials, 31 of them of men of the 3rd Manchester Regiment billeted at Cleethorpes who were killed in a Zeppelin raid in April 1916. A collective grave in which 24 of these men lie buried is marked by a memorial raised by public subscription.

Of the 80 Second World War burials in the cemetery, 49 form a war graves plot.
